Q:Products warranty
All the eames office chair, you’ll earn 24 months warranty.Other items,we provide 12 months products warranty to make sure our customers obtain quality products.
Chair Packing:
1).Both body and legs will be fully bubble wrapped
2). 4 inflatable bag sit each corner of carton and 1 inflatable bag across in the middle.
3). Outside comes with sea worthy strong KK carton
Cabinet/Marble/Glass Packing:
1). 1 pcs per extra strong KK carton
2). Whole cabinet/ marble/glass will be completely bubble wrapped (same as the above chair package shows)
3). The inside bottom carton comes with 1 pcs of three-ply board for stability.
4).Out side comes with protection wood
Notice: We will pack the furniture in a safe way to ensure that the goods can withstand the long transportation and the goods can reach the customer safely.
EXW Factory: For less than container goods, we can deliver to your appointed address.
We can help to find a good shipping forwarder to ship the goods to the destination port. However,
if you have a good shipping forwarder,we can also use yours.
For full container, we can do FOB Shenzhen /Guangzhou .
FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou for 40ft /40HQ container loaded; but if for 20ft,or LCL, the price term is EX-WORKS.
FAQ (Frequenty Asked Questions):
Q1: What about lead time ?
A: Sample needs 30 days, mass production time needs 30-45 days based on order quantity.
Q2. Do you have any MOQ for sofa / chair / table order?
A: MOQ is 5pcs is recommended for overseas clients instead of 1 piece only. Because 1 piece would be in high freight charge by Express or sea, but for 5 pcs, we can ship by sea in a favorable price for help you save costs and freight. Sample trial order it’s also welcome, 1 pcs it’s works for check out the quality firstly.
Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? A: We usually ship by sea due to it’s heavy and big volume, For Europe, some countries it’s will takes around 1 months, the specific time will depends on the destination seaport and vessel company, please feel free to
contact for more info.
Q4: How to proceed an order for sofa/armchair/table ? A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly, We arrange the production and deliver the goods once it’s ready.
Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, All the eames office chair, you’ll earn 24 months warranty.Other items,we provide 12 months products warranty to make sure our customers obtain quality products.
Q6: How to deal with the faulty? A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1 %. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will make the replacement if it’s our quality issue. For defective part of goods which can be movable, we will resend the new accessory for replacement.
If goods it’s not supported disassembly,we’ll make a new products for you.
Q7: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: 40% T/T deposit to start the production, balance before loading. EXW factory and FOB both supported.
Q8: What kind of leather and fabric do you have for me to choose?
A We have selected three kinds of covering to choose from: fabric /cashmere/ genuine leather, available in different colors, if the customer has a special requirement for covering, it’s accepted to make the chair/sofa according to the customer’s fabric.
Q9: Do you have a price list for reference?
